Below are the delivery service we offer and any important information to consider before placing your order on our website. Once your order has been submitted by default you agree that you have read, understood, and agree with the information on this page.

Delivery Lead Times
All delivery lead times are estimates and not a guaranteed timeframe for delivery. Certain factors outside of our control may affect the actual delivery date where we cannot assume responsibility: as such, you may not be entitled to any credit(s) for deliveries outside of the estimated lead times.

Delivery Cut-Off Time
Orders placed after 1 pm will add an additional working day to the lead time. 

Delivery Days
Delivery days may also be referred to as “working days”. A “working day” is defined as Monday-Friday, not including bank holidays. For example, an order placed on a Monday on our standard delivery service before the day's cut-off is estimated to be delivered by Thursday at the latest (as the third “working day” on a 2-3 working day delivery service).
