Fit and Sizing Concerns
Objection: The overboot might not fit or could be too small.
Answer: The Original CleanBoot® comes in four sizes, designed to cover sizes 3 to 15 in most work and rugged footwear. While they are compatible with safety and non-safety trainers and boots, fit adjustment might be needed. It is suggested to go up a size for safety boots due to their volume and sole thickness, and possibly down a size for lower-profile safety trainers. We recommend trying a couple of sizes - If the product stays on when you lift your feet then it's the correct size!.
Handling Mud and Wet Boots
Objection: What happens if boots are muddy and make the overboots dirty? What about using them with soaking wet boots?
Answer: If the inside gets dirty, the overboots can be turned inside out and machine washed at 30 degC. They should then be drip-dried toe upwards and you should avoid forced drying like a tumble drier or leaving them on radiator. The neoprene material is waterproof with glued and stitched seams. Using them with wet boots is possible and actually improves slip resistance on hard floors.
Concerns About Losing the Overboots
Objection: Worry about losing the overboots, mention of a carabiner, and is there is a specific left and
right overboot.
Answer: They come as a pair with a carabiner for keeping them together. The carabiner can be hung on a belt clip or hook for easy carrying and location. There is no specific left or right overboot, although the branding is on the outside/customer facing side.
